Knit Chickens from Blue Sky Alpacas

The Rules

1. Create a chicken from Blue Sky Alpacas’ Knit Chicken pattern between now and the April 15 deadline.
2. Use materials obtained primarily from Posh (after all, Syl’s providing the venue and prizes, though some stash and Other People’s Yarn is OK).

3. Be creative! Chicken can be knit or crocheted from any yarn as long as the bulk of it comes from Posh.
4. Knit a small, medium or large chicken.
5. Display chicken at Posh.

6. Claim your chicken or donate it to charity.

Judging

Don’t feel like knitting fowl? Then come in and be the judge. All Posh customers are eligible to vote on “Best Chicken.” Visit Posh between April 16-April 30 and log your vote for Posh’s most prestigious pullet!

Judging will occur between April 16-April 30. Winners will be announced at the Posh Poultry Potluck, date to be announced.

*Prizes may include yarn, gift certificates, notions and/or bags. Syl’s choice!

just south of the Sports Optical. We are the cute blue house with the white picket fence. I'll post us a pic real soon. :)

POSH Moving Updates & Closures

Hi y'all,

POSH will be closed Oct 30th - Nov 3rd to move, unpack, and settle in the new shop. We will re-open at 12 noon on Tuesday the 4th.

Classes will continue as scheduled this week and next, and Stitch Therapy is going on tomorrow evening (10/29) as usual.

Moving Sale!!! Oct. 17th - 29th.

POSH will move to a new home November 1st, and since we have grown a little wiser in the ways of moving, we are having a sale! We will be packing most of the yarn the last couple of days, so come early before the good stuff make its way into boxes. Our new location is still on Tennyson Street, just 3 blocks north of our current location, located on the west side of the street. 4321 Tennyson St., an adorable house that will fit us perfectly!
